π― Chatpata Aloo Roll (Kids Friendly Tiffin Recipe)

π₯ For the Filling
- π’οΈ Oil β 2 tsp
- π« Ginger β ΒΌ inch, finely chopped
- π§ Garlic β 3β4 cloves, finely chopped
- πΆοΈ Green chilli β 1, finely chopped

Tomato β 1 small, chopped
- π’ Green peas β 2 tbsp
- πΆοΈ Red chilli powder β ΒΌ tsp
- π‘ Turmeric powder β β

- π Amchur powder β Β½ tsp
- π§ Chaat masala β Β½ tsp
- π§ Salt β as per taste
- π₯ Potato β 2, boiled and mashed
π« Other Ingredients
- π« Cooked chapati β 2
- π
Tomato ketchup β 2 tbsp
- π₯ Mayonnaise β 2 tbsp
- π§ Butter or oil β for roasting
Method
- π₯ Heat oil in a pan over medium flame.
- π«π§πΆοΈ Add ginger, garlic, and green chilli. SautΓ© briefly until aromatic.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.
- π’ Add green peas and cook for 1β2 minutes.
- πΆοΈπ‘ππ§ Add all spices and salt. Mix well.
- π₯ Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix thoroughly.
- β±οΈ Cook for 2β3 minutes until the mixture becomes dry. Switch off the flame.
- π« Place a cooked chapati on a flat surface.

π₯ Spread tomato ketchup and mayonnaise evenly.
- π― Add the prepared aloo filling and roll tightly.
- π§π₯ Roast on a tawa until light golden and crisp on all sides.
