๐ง Paneer Paratha (Stuffed)
๐งบ Ingredients
For the Stuffing
- ๐ง Paneer โ 200 g (grated)
- ๐ง
Onion โ ยฝ medium, finely chopped
- ๐ถ๏ธ Green chillies โ 4, finely chopped
- ๐ฟ Coriander leaves โ 2โ3 tbsp, finely chopped
- ๐ถ๏ธ Red chilli powder โ ยฝ tsp
- ๐ง Salt โ to taste
- ๐ฟ Coriander powder โ 1ยฝ tbsp
- ๐ฟ Cumin powder โ ยฝ tsp
- ๐ถ๏ธ Garam masala โ 1ยฝ tsp
For the Dough
- ๐พ Wheat flour (Atta) โ as required
- ๐ง Salt โ a pinch
- ๐ง Water โ to knead
- ๐ข๏ธ Oil โ 1 tsp (optional)
For Cooking
- ๐ง Butter or oil โ for roasting
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method
- ๐พ In a bowl, mix wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15โ20 minutes.
- ๐ง In another bowl, add grated paneer, chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
- ๐ถ๏ธ Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a crumbly stuffing.
- โช Divide dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly and place stuffing in the center.
- ๐ Bring edges together, seal properly, and gently flatten.
- ๐ Roll into a medium-thick paratha using dry flour.
- ๐ฅ Heat a tawa on medium flame and place the paratha on it.
- ๐ Flip when bubbles appear. Apply oil or butter on both sides.
- โจ Cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
- ๐ฝ๏ธ Serve hot with butter, curd, or pickle.
