๐Ÿง€ Paneer Paratha (Stuffed)

๐Ÿงบ Ingredients

For the Stuffing

  • ๐Ÿง€ Paneer โ€“ 200 g (grated)
  • ๐Ÿง… Onion โ€“ ยฝ medium, finely chopped
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Green chillies โ€“ 4, finely chopped
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Coriander leaves โ€“ 2โ€“3 tbsp, finely chopped
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Red chilli powder โ€“ ยฝ tsp
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Salt โ€“ to taste
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Coriander powder โ€“ 1ยฝ tbsp
  • ๐ŸŒฟ Cumin powder โ€“ ยฝ tsp
  • ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Garam masala โ€“ 1ยฝ tsp

For the Dough

  • ๐ŸŒพ Wheat flour (Atta) โ€“ as required
  • ๐Ÿง‚ Salt โ€“ a pinch
  • ๐Ÿ’ง Water โ€“ to knead
  • ๐Ÿ›ข๏ธ Oil โ€“ 1 tsp (optional)

For Cooking

  • ๐Ÿงˆ Butter or oil โ€“ for roasting

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Method

  1. ๐ŸŒพ In a bowl, mix wheat flour and salt. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Cover and rest for 15โ€“20 minutes.
  2. ๐Ÿง€ In another bowl, add grated paneer, chopped onion, green chillies, and coriander leaves.
  3. ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a crumbly stuffing.
  4. โšช Divide dough into equal balls. Roll one ball slightly and place stuffing in the center.
  5. ๐Ÿ”’ Bring edges together, seal properly, and gently flatten.
  6. ๐Ÿž Roll into a medium-thick paratha using dry flour.
  7. ๐Ÿ”ฅ Heat a tawa on medium flame and place the paratha on it.
  8. ๐Ÿ” Flip when bubbles appear. Apply oil or butter on both sides.
  9. โœจ Cook until golden brown spots appear on both sides.
  10. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Serve hot with butter, curd, or pickle.
